In its tradition of making you smile, Les Zygomates Wine Bar and Bistro proudly presents the opening of its Raw Bar, Fruits de Mers.

Lined in zinc, the new section within the restaurant’s café offers a fresh daily selection of both east coast and west coast oysters, lobster, periwinkles, littleneck clams, shrimp and more. Sommelier, Geoffrey Fallon, has brought in a host of sparklings and whites to compliment the addition of seafood to the Parisian Bistro’s menu. A new favorite is the 1 liter of Gruner Veltliner which is, in his words, “…when a regular bottle of wine just isn’t enough.”

The oyster bar is open Monday through Thursday 4pm-10:30pm,
Friday 4pm-11:30 and Saturdays from 6pm-11:30pm
